A price will not be quoted without a consultation. Any color, highlights, balayage, chemical services etc. that go over 4 hours will be charged $75 for every hour after in addition to your regular services.

Extra Services:
Clients that need extra time will be charged a minimum of $15 for every 15 minutes beyond reasonable service times.
Child and Vistors Guidelines:
If your darling kiddos are well behaved we welcome them with open arms, if not respectfully find a sitter so that you and the other clients can enjoy the salon experience. If your child is unruly and disturbing other clients, we ask that you resolve the situation before we can move forward with any services. If you are accompanied by a parent, friend or significant other we ask that they stay in the waiting area/checkout area. This ensures top notch service for all of our clients.
Cancellations and No shows:
Please allow 24 hrs to cancel or change an appointment.
No show appointments will be charged $50 per service that was reserved. Payment for missed appointments have to be made before another appointment is booked. This includes missing for work, forgetting about your appointment, traffic, overslept, pet issues and child pickup issues etc. It can be difficult to fill a stylists schedule the same day cancelled or with less than a 24 hour notice. As a courtesy we send multiple text messages and email reminders.

Method of payment:
Cash and check are highly preferred. By using these methods of payments we save money on credit card fees and use that money to go towards awesome new hair training classes. In return we bring back new trends and styles for you to rock!
If you must use your plastic, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, AMEX and Discover.
Returns and Redo's-
No returns on 1st Avenue Habit clothing, candles and jewelry purchases. Hair product returns will be in the form of a store credit with no Exceptions.

For Redo's, we will schedule all clients to come back in to make it right at no charge as long as we are doing the same services as the first time with the same stylist. If you request a different stylist, you will be charged regular prices. Any extra services requested by the client will incur appropriate charges. EXAMPLE: If you came in for a partial highlight and come back for a Redo and request or 3/4 highlight, you will be charged the difference. Redo requests must be made within 10 days of your original service pending no changes were made by anyone other than Beautiful Hair McKinney or the full price for the service may be charged.
